I feel compelled to write this review. I attempted a major DIY outdoor living space project as well as extensive landscaping design at my home. After going to several building /landscaping supply stores I thought to myself "what did I get myself into"! Until I met Todd and the staff at Fonthill Building Supplies. They were great! Their knowledge, experience and assistance for all of my needs from stones to sand to mulch to limestone column caps was amazing with fast and efficient next day delivery. They helped and explained to me how to do certain jobs the right way.. Their prices were the best on every item I needed compared to the other supply stores. They went above and beyond to help make my project a beautiful reality for my family. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone no matter how big or small of a project. They will help and guide you every step of the way.

Very knowledgeable staff. Walked me through how to complete my landscape pavers and retaining wall job. Delivery and yard Staff very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone that is unsure about a renovation or landscape or brick project big or small. Great Customer Service.

I purchased 60 specialty brick Fonthill brick & Stone The workers brought the pallet from inside the building on a forklift and loaded the brick into my vehicle ... when I got home and counted the brick and I was 20 brick short not 3 or 5 - 20 clearly a counting error , simple I have dealt with ferrels in Hamilton for yrs just call and have them fix their mistake right - WRONG they would not do anything to remedy the situation I sent my wife to pick up additional brick and she was told a higher price on the same brick after calling them on it - they honoured what I had paid the first time She drove to the yard same routine guys loading her vehicle this time she counted and they had shorted her again and she made them give her all the bricks she had paid for she called to tell the manager there was a problem with the guys ability to count and was told there is nothing they are willing to do about it I have no need to claim I was short 20 brick it is only $40.00 but it does not feel right to have to pay the same company for the same product I have already paid for on top of making a second trip to the place If you must use these guys I suggest you double check your pricing and Quantities on the spot I cannot recommend - customer service non existent
