The icecream portion is huge! 6 dollars lands you a small which is two huge scoops! I got cookie dough and strawberry. The cookie dough scoop I had , had one cookie dough piece! However, the strawberry scoop tasted extra fruity and fresh. Would try strawberry again!

You just have to love Kawartha Dairy. The Ice Cream is amazing and the service is very good. Reasonably priced. You can either eat the ice cream there or take it home. Enjoy!

Delicious! This place is great! We stop in each time we are in the area. There is a store on the right hand side. You cannot order ice cream from inside; only from the covered window(s)- (there’s 4) outside. I’ve always been there when it wasn’t busy. Based on the queue line that they’ve made, I assume it gets quite busy at times. (Which is why you’re can’t order inside.). Washrooms are accessible from outside the building. Clean store, fast service, friendly staff! We will be back! :)

What can I say? I love ice cream. This is the bear claw flavour: dark chocolate and chocolate covered cashews! Yum. They have a ton of flavours and there is a spot for sitting outside to enjoy. The parking isn't that big but definitely come here if you're in town and love ice cream as well.

We were third in line but waited over 35 minutes to be served! There was a large family group that appeared to be sampling everything on the ice cream menu board before deciding, and we could only see one person serving, while a group of employees were obviously on break behind her. The lineup was swelling into the parking lot, while we all waited for this family to finish. But when we were eventually served, the kids were off break, and they opened up more windows to serve the masses that were accumulating. Perhaps it was our own poor timing, but there should have been more staff available at the windows. Otherwise, the ice cream servings were delicious and very generous for the price, so I gave them two stars.
