Beware starting as a new employee there, be it through temp service or otherwise! Management doesn't have any patience with newcomers. If you can't fully adapt to the work routines in the first 16 hours, they'll drop you like a brick. They won't provide you any advice on how to help you improve your work performance ; instead they'll play the sideline and fire you the next day. How professional !! Furthermore, if any of the co-workers takes a personal dislike to any freshly hired employee, they'll set you up by making one of their production tools disappear and blame it on you as the culprit.

Management monitors every move you make and every hr. you log. Very closed/reserved environment. You are making a grave mistake if you speak up! Do not value employees and their talent and capabilities. Company is not transparent while hiring candidates and makes you think that they would really retain you and think about your long term growth, but thats absolutely not the truth. Does not want to change/improve any process in any area. Company has a bad trend of hiring full-time temps every quarter, making them work like crazy and after work is done ,laying them off. Advice to (John Robb) Grow Up!!! Improve and value employees .Thats the first step you can take to improve your reputation in the corporate world!
