Had to stop by to grab quick parts. Don't usually come to this location. Needed some cleaning, entrance was dirty. Staff didn't ask if needed any help. Found what I needed quick enough though. Selection and layout was similar to other locations.

Was able to find what I needed easily. The item was located quite logically near a similar item purchased earlier. No chasing from one end of the store to the other on misinformation from summer staff. Lots of staff.

Not a reflection of the staff / customer service at this location. This is a general review of home depot dealing with suppliers who do not honor warranty or make warranty so incredibly difficult to deal with. I have had an absolute miserable time trying to get Rigid to honor warranty on the rigid products I have purchased over the years. We are talking a serious investment of money and I feel like Rigid has no real concern for my satisfaction as a customer after my initial purchase. I have opted to give away my rigid tools to an associate and switch over to Milwaukee tools that I have purchased from a local smaller source with the understanding they will truly honor warranty. Home Depot has plenty of leverage with these manufacturers and I suggest you hold them accountable for honoring warranty and treating your clients as people and not a net loss accounting figure.

Great Customer service here! I had, had bad experience trying to purchase an AC unit at the west end one so I came to this location instead. They were happy to help and take my business, Rick in Electrical was able to get the unit I had wanted down from storage and cart it up for us really quickly. Will definitely come back to this location.
