Prices are competitive and the staffs are polite. Their electrical department has everything you need to wire a house from start to finish. I really like their garden centre. It's big, has a large selection of plants and has a nice nature feeling when you're there. They also have a good selection of seeds if you want to grow your own fruits and vegetables. They have a huge selection of tools good for all kinds of work.

The whole point of customer service is to serve the customer so they are content and are willing to come back.I was looking for a clerk to help me with surveillance systems. waited for over an hour so I went to customer service. I had the show box of the device I wanted. the staff their, in particular a heavy-set person with blackish-purple hair, found it a large chore to do her job and call an clerk to come and help me out. she kept telling me that the device I was looking for is in their cage up front, which they were not. She did page, supposedly. I went up to customer service 3 times. She was acting condescending and just plain rude. so I kindly asked the nice employee at the door passing out fliers to get me the store management, which she did. The Manager was just as unknowledged and ignorant as the people at customer service. Eventually they called this young employee who was knowledgeable with customer service. He was supposed to clock out for the day. He wanted to help us but could not do much because his boss was constantly bugging him to clock out for the day. All the while I was thinking what a big joke this place is. I did find what I was looking for, it was at the St Albert Home Depot. St Albert took real good care of me, they didn't even go out of their way either. will be returning there but as for Home Depot in Edmonton North will return when The Circus pulls out.

I went here to the tool rental center for a sander. Was told the one I wanted was broken. When I asked for a different one I was told a sander will not do the job I was working on. I spent a ridiculous amount of money on products guaranteed by the staff that didn't even work. Ended up going to another home depot and rented a different sander that did the job in no time. If you are going to recommend products and stop people renting the equipment they ask, for at least know what you're talking about. Avoid at all cost.

I bought all of my outdoor plants from home Depot this year 2018. All of the plants grew really well. The garden centre staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. Home BB depot also has a variety of things for your home improvements.
