I visited the Edmonton location last week and wanted to send a quick thank you on the help and advice I was provided. Everyone was very knowledgeable and gave me some good suggestions on tools I would require for a small job and costs to mull over and consider some options. Thank you!

They've always had terrible hours, now they have a terrible location to go with it. Most items are over priced at least 10-15% compared to other tool stores and I haven't found the workers to be that knowledgable. I had to explain grain orientation to one of the salesmen when I was looking for a replacement hammer handle. All in all, this is for white collar guys with clean hands, not workers (unless you leave early...) Save the time and stop at KMS or Lee valley instead.

I Bought a 500$ stapler gun and i wanted to change for another brand because wasn't working properly. I used it just 3 min at the job site, the gun was completely new. they refused to change or give me the money back. I usually spend 1000 $ a month there and from now I'm not going there again.

Kevin Brown and the order desk team really helped me maintain one of my best Customers yesterday by providing me with a shipment of staples and nails overnight to Grande Prairie. I applaud their level of Customer service! GO, TEAM PRIME FASTENER!

I have all great things to say about Prime Fasteners & their team. Every order I have placed has been correct, delivered as promised, and the guys have been extremely helpful when I've asked questions about the product and reasons why it has been purchased. The equipment we have taken in for repair, has been repaired properly, and we have had no issues. Repairs have been completed in the time frame as promised. The Accounting team has been amazing to work with and communication is top notch to ensure our account is accurate and current.
