Went here twice for repairs on two separate iPhone 7s for screen replacements. The technicians tried their best both times, but in the end, didn’t have the technical skill or knowledge to do the repairs needed for the damage I caused to the phones. I will give them “five stars” to say they tried their best, but I have to give 3 because I was in and out of there shop at least 5 times and still the phones didn’t work... Technicians were nice enough to explain the challenges they encountered, and even refered me to one of their competitors in town that did know the trick to the repairs, thus I wouldn’t say don’t go to this place, just maybe only go if the other outfit(s) are too busy or are not open. Maybe this is just my luck with this place, because the people there are friendly and patient.

Excellent service received on a number of occasions now (clumsy individual). Have been able to turn around quickly and prices have always been very reasonable. The guys are very friendly and are very knowledgeable and honest when you speak with them. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Called on Saturday, they didn't know the price of the repair, didn't bother to look it up, and despite leaving a number so they could call me back I never heard from them had to head back into Calgary yesterday to get repaired by someone else. Highly DO NOT recommend going here! UBreakIfix was wonderful to deal with in Calgary and far cheaper for Samsung

Excellent service from start to finish James went above and beyond for me. First my note 5 charge port broke and rather than spending the $95 to get it fixed and be without a phone for a while he suggested a wireless charger that got me through until i got my new note 8 which i then a week later cracked the screen. Most places charge around $600 for that screen. James made it happen for well under $500 and was done quicker than expected. 5 stars all the way!

Both of the gentlemen that were working there were incredibly nice to talk to, they walked us through every step and helped with explaining. I would highly recommend that you come here for your repairs and technology related issues. They are very good at what they do!
