Power was out when I went to pick up my part, the guys were very helpful. I was satisfied with my experience and they typically have anything you need in stock!

So be warned, this location charges more for their products than other locations. If you do by chance go here, they will charge you a higher price and if you try to return the products to another location, they may return the products for a lower price. They also won’t tell you this information. I tried to return the products at the Cochrane location, and they would, but for the prices they sell them for, which is less. If you want better prices, take a little drive to the Cochrane location. Or if you like to pay higher prices, shop at this Airdrie location.

Went into obtain parts for my Ford Escape. The service was quick and direct. I was in and out of the store within several minutes. Very knowledgeable staff and large selection of in-stock parts.

8/8/2018 4:30PM Company vehicle exiting business’ property; He doesn’t stop to check if traffic is clear and its safe to proceed into the road, he just flies out into traffic than he signals to cut of the car in the other lane immediately, than when said car speeds up to not be cut off, the Napa driver has to slam on his breaks almost causing me to rearend him! Than has the audacity to through his hands in the air. For the 50-60 year old man you looked to be; shame on you, you should know better! You work for car company are driving the company vehicle like a total fool and this have a job. Definitely never using or even considering Napa for any car needs
