Huge selection of sale items every week. Big,new, well organized store that is part of massive retail park. Includes a full service auto repair and tire shop. Quick and easy online order pick up area is separate from the general shopping entrance with parking located right at the door. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Yesterday October 3rd I went to this location and purchased a set of Goodyear tires. I dropped off my rims that had old tires on them to have the new tires mounted on them. Today October 4th I went and paid for my new tires and pick them up. One of the staff brought my four tires out in front of bay 1 I look at these tires and they still have dirt on the inside of the rim. They didn't even take a wire brush to knock off the dirt before balancing. Then I notice on the tire a brand-new weight along with the old weight that they did not remove from the tire. I asked to speak to the supervisor he came out and apologized and ask the worker to go rebalance them. I told him I would pick them up tomorrow and also asked how you can charge over $100 to balance these four tires and this is what they look like when you get them back. Not sure what's going on there but the quality control is lacking. if someone would like to speak to me on this matter please go into my file and retrieve my phone number and call me thank you.

I went here to have my blower motor changed on my car. They put a broken one in from their stock. Then they had me pay for it and sent me on my way. My dials were changed, so I knew they had tested it and knew it wasn't working when they had me pay and leave! I immediately went back into the service department, told them it was broken, and insisted that a working one be put in as that is what I paid for. They argued with me relentlessly and insisted that unless I paid them more to test their broken part, they would not replace it!! I finally agreed to pay them to test it and they did and it was broken! They had a new one shipped over and changed it and it worked. I should have been given a working part without being ripped off by putting broken parts in first and making me pay more for them to use a not broken part!! Extremely poor customer service! I do not recommend anyone go here for service on their vehicles!

Here is my experience with this location, have a alternator failure back in March, only CT opened at that point so I pulled my car in for repair. It costs me $900 to change refurbished alternator, battery and seperent belt plus diagnostics service. All comes 1 year part and 90 days labor warranty. The belt squeezed loudly soon after the repair, brought the car back in CT for tighten in May with no charge, later there’s occasion squeezes while I start my car with AC on, didn’t brought back while it’s still within 90 days which it’s my biggest mistake. When minus zero temperatures comes, squeeze back on every time I started my car, brought it in today again, the clerk said it’s normal....I told her it never happen to me 7 winter in this car before! Then she told me there’s a note in the system said in May while I took my car in first time, their mechanic already suspected the new belt may have to be replaced but they didn’t do it nor informed me! After they checked up my car, they decide to change my belt with no charge on part because it’s within warranty, but $78 labor charge, though I am not comfortable with that fact of the belt was defective in the first place and should have been replaced, but I still pay for the labor on this since I am partial at fault by not taking in within the labor warranty. After the job is done, they told me there won’t be any labor warranty on this new belt but only part...I asked her:”so I pay $80 for a $20 belt installation and it’s not even covered in any labor warranty?! That’s how you can get your service profit by keep installing the defective product!?” Her replied she understand personally but that’s what it is.....
