I’ve lived in the area for 12 years and shopped in this location multiple times trying to give it another chance over and over again but I am constantly dissatisfied with the costumer service , specifically one day when I went with my 5 year old , we were at the till and my kiddo was standing there patiently not touching anything and there was a broom sticking out on the counter where they pack your groceries. And when the cashier was packing our groceries she accidentally pushed the broom and the end of it stabbed my daughter in the ribs!! And she staying crying her eyes out ! NO ONE cared or came over to help at all so I went and asked to speak with management immediately. The manager on duty didn’t seem to care at all and didn’t even offer a discount or gift card or anything. Their lucky I don’t sue them. Furthermore I have been there multiple times because it’s in my area and their fruit/vegetables are NEVER fresh. Poor food quality, high prices and terrible staff.

Bakery dept extremely rude and unhelpful. Asked to have a name added to a birthday cake - employee snapped at me and said "I'm not a decorator - no one is in to do that" Grabbed a labelled "Chocolate Cake" and got home to serve it and it had a jam in the centre and was more like a black forest cake which none of us like. Called the bakery to tell them that it should have been labelled "Black Forest" and not Chocolate and employee snapped again saying - "bring it back and deal with customer service" very rude tone. I drove in from Spruce Grove just to get a cake from Coop as it's my daughters favourite. Will never make that mistake again.

Great local grocery store! I love that they still have a full service meat shop. There is a butcher on site most days. You can request a special cut or extra services. I also love their full service deli! Their pot pies are the best. I also love their rotisserie chicken. Sign up for a membership if you shop here often.

Awesome store. Always clean and tidy, very friendly staff also. Produce dept is always full and in perfect shape. Love that they have a water station and the milk chocolate cookies in the bakery are out of this world. Come to this store instead of Callingwood Safeway, that place is just plain terrible in every way.

Groceries are fine quality - produce isn't very good. Not a lot of options prices are EXTREMELY INFLATED. If I could give a 0/5 stars for price I would. Everything else is average. Service has always been good!
