Had everything I needed to start preparing for winter and getting a tempo for the car. The team want really able to help me choose the best tempo from their selection. They were really nice in helping me load the tempo into my car. Thanks!

I brought my truck in because the driver side window wouldn’t work, the power steering was tight and the heat and a/c only worked on full blast. I told them to call me once everything was complete. All in all the repairs cost me over $1000 and when I went to pick my truck up the drivers side window was not fixed. I went in to tell Alana (I think that was her name) that the window was not fixed. She proceeded to tell me that they called everyone and couldn’t order the part and there was nothing they could do. Really???? Nothing more you could do?? Terrible customer service, over priced poor labour, just a bad experience from start to finish. Canadian Tire will never get another dime of my money. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you take your vechicle to a mechanic shop or any other car place. Do not trust their auto department and the front desk’s lack of problem solving/customer service is 0/10

This location is the worst. Signage was confusing or missing. Could not find anybody to help find a specific product and then had to ask three different people and wait ten minutes (no exaggeration) before somebody was able to unlock the battery shelf. At least the parts department was helpful! They helped unscrew and place my new battery into my key fob.

Had an great experience while shopping for camping gear and auto supplies. The staff I dealt with seemed to know the answers to the questions I needed answers for. Got some great deals from the special sale they had on while I was there shopping. I would recommend this Canadian tire for a shopping visit.
