Kabe in the parts department is well versed in older vehicles and most certainly the guy to speak to when sourcing parts for an older pick up truck like mine. He is an excellent representation of what good customer service is all about.

This company is the back bone of Canada. Not only do they create jobs but they offer quality services and products at amazingly low prices. I can say hand on heart this place has it all. Friendly staff that are eager to help. nothing seems to much hassle for them. I Can’t fault them in any way shape or form!!! Jah bless Canada.... jah bless Canadian tire

Customer WiFi: Yes Washrooms: Yes Parking: free parking lot The Product(s)/Service: Needed new tires for my 1990 Nissan skyline and they were able to get me in when I needed even day of. Did not charge for a procedure that they could not do and went above and beyond to service and inform me of what I needed. This location however does not have as much stock than other locations and in my experience the stock numbers they have in their computers do not coincide with there on floor stock levels. The People: Seemed a little short staffed and the helpfulness of the employees vary. Sometimes it will take me a while to find someone or stand at the parts desk for a while before I get acknowledged. Overall though very friendly interactions.

Really poor customer service. You're better off going literally anywhere else. They don't acknowledge you and when they do, it's really disrespectfully. Like they're bored and it's not their job to help you.

Went for a bike, site says they have two in stock. Neither of them are assembled when i get there( drove 2 hours because the fact they had them) So im fine with putting the bike together being a licensed automotive tech im sure a pedal bike should be easy enough. But no. They wont sell unless assembled by them. BUT guess what nobody could do it till next week?.. needless to say i left with no bike.😐
