Okay selection, nice folks. They are really helpful, and ask all the time if you need help finding something but know how to stick it in your ace on prices. 😉😁

Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful. Great selection! I'll definitely come back.

There is far more then you would expect here. There seems to be many knowledgeable employees present. Never had a bad experience here.

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. This Ace is more expensive then the Ace in Fraser I’m not sure why. Also, as nice as the the staff is, if an issue has to be raised with the manager or owner you might as well forget about it. Neither of those two will listen to your problem or even try to help, they immediately take a defensive tone and stance. They both will tell you different things and when I asked why, they both told me something different and got super rude and refused to help me further. I drove over to the ace in Fraser and they listened and solved my problem in less time then it took for the manager in Granby to come attempt to help me, and it was cheaper. The ace in Granby has lost my business, as a business owner myself I was appalled at how I was treated there and would not have either of them work for me if they think it’s ok to treat customers the way I was treated.

Great place to shop. Friendly employees, great customer service. And the selection they offer is pretty awesome. Some of the prices are high, but they sell good quality stuff.
