I’m in the middle of remodeling our whole house practically by myself. I tried to return a wood grain filler that was recommended to me by one of their employees because I didn’t like it. I had a receipt that I thought was the correct receipt but it wasn’t. The lady behind the counter was very rude. First she questioned why I wanted to return the product because apparently everyone else likes the product and it’s odd that I don’t. Then she actually told me that I didn’t buy the product there, basically accusing me of attempting to pull one over on her. I went back out to my car and found the correct receipt and returned the product. She was not apologetic in and way or even nice. I will never go back there.

I always enjoy going here. The staff is clearly genuine with their enthusiasm for woodworking. They have a great selection of exotic woods and bring in some extra unique ones on occasion. Alongside having a sizeable tool selection of nothing but trusted brands.
