Please update your hours on your website. Super annoying when you go somewhere on a time crunch to find out from a 12x12 sign that you do not actually open till 8 a.m. Loss of business today.

Went in to purchase a very small quantity of dry ice (1kg). Cashier was very friendly and seemed eager to help me even though I was only spending $4.37 at the store.

Waited in line for 25 minutes while another staff member at the counter was more interested in his computer and snacking than helping customers. When my turn arrived the "expert" help recommended a 264 cubic foot argon bottle for a little Lincoln electric 140 amp 110 volt mig welder. He insisted that I needed a bigger bottle even though I wanted a 80 cu ft or 122 max. I left and went somewhere else.

Long time customer. Product and people are good, Air Liquide's accounting paper work is so horrendous we closed our account permanently. If you need to by one or two items cash great place. DO NOT OPEN A ACCOUNT, ADMINISTRATIVELY THEY'RE A NIGHTMARE!!!

Ditto on the invoicing, sending me bills for cylinders I returned and account I closed. repeated phone messages and emails not answered, ever. If you get someone on the phone they can not do anything expect transfer you to the voice mail of the person who does not return the phone calls. Management too cowardly to make their contact available so you can hopefully move up the chain to try to get some action.
