Extremely helpful, answered all my questions. Helped me pick the best product for my needs. Store really clean. I visit this store over the big box stores a lot because I get great service.

Went in for a quick few things. Ending up talking with Fred. He was a great help and very personable. Came in looking for a jerryrig fix and he found me the actual piece I needed for replacement. Thanks again Fred.

Full service retail is dying, but not here. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help. I trust them with servicing my lawn mower and snowblower every year and go there anytime I need to talk to somebody how about a project.

I went here today to pick up something I had dropped off for repair that was ready and it just made me smile as I walked in. I've always been greeted with a smile at this location. I've lived in the area for over 20 years and have always found what I was looking for or was given what was needed when I wasn't quite sure what that was. This whole staff is always friendly beyond any big box hardware store and they always have an answer to the problem, even if it is to call a professional because you're in over your head with this one. If they don't have it on hand, they'll find one if it's available. I'll be going back, again and again.

Typical newer Ace Hardware, nothing special except that it's new and clean. Sometimes the older stores suffer from their age witch seems to rub off on staff in turn effecting motivation and customer service.
