I ordered 2 toilets online. The price was good. Communication was good via email. Went to the store, my order was ready, and we were out of there. Deffinately recommend shopping online for Home Depot.

I am writing this review on behalf of my husband. We frequent this location as it is the closest to our home, but after the last few times we will take our business elsewhere. Very poor customer service and lack of staff. Being bounced around to different people because of the lack of knowledge and training is not a great experience. My husband was bounced around a total of 5 times between staff including the customer service desk. Not sure what is going on but a couple of our friends have had similar experiences lately at this location.

Went there to the vast garden supply section. Friend is disabled with a power chair and had no issues navigating the store. Also accessible guest bathroom. Huge choice of various available flowers at reasonable cost.

They gave good stuff ... but the staff always trying to do everything but help you .. lol Just need to get your staff more training!

It's always a challenge to find what you are searching for but thankfully a gentleman asked me if I needed help and find me what I was searching for - I had already searched the correct aisle but failed to find it, checked a few more spots in the store and made my way back to my original starting point. Anyways my goal was accomplished.
