It's like every other home depot. Tool rental department was very helpful, had exactly the tool I needed. Prices could be better, most other equipment/tool rental houses offer better value for your dollar. At least the stock quantities were acceptable, and the service was excellent. Long hair fellow I think his name was James, he was very knowledgeable, eager to help and had a great positive and cheerful attitude. He really made a difference and is the reason I will be returning. Even though I can rent the exact same tool for a better price, the prompt, professional, courteous and friendly service I received makes it worth the extra charge. Way to set the bar and lead by example. I can tell James genuinely enjoys helping people and is a perfect fit for this department. I will be back for all my tool/equipment rental needs.

Paola in the appliance section was amazing! My fiance and I went to check out washer/dryers yesterday. She was very informative and even went above and beyond to get the best deal possible. We were not planning to buy it yesterday but with her great customer service and the deal she scored for us.. we could not resist. A++

Terrible service and staff. The guy working in the garden center is useless we asked him 2 times for help and he just looked around and left. This location should hire some young adults who are excited about working.

Went there a few days ago for a few pieces of lumber to fix my bed. I waited a while to get help and when the help came (an old guy), he wasn't much help. As a woman I needed help in cutting the lumber to the desired length. He directed me to a hand saw even when I asked him if he could help me. He did not try. All he kept telling me about was not being able to guarantee accuracy. My point is he did not help me. I have purchased lumber before at the Nose Hill location and they happily helped me without hesitation. I will look out for him if I go back there because people like those give a business bad reviews. As I was leaving I asked another man at the front to help me in securing all five pieces of lumber together so that I could carry it easily. Again I was directed to a roll of tape which was almost finished. At the Nose Hill location they had done it for me quite happily. Talk about customer service.
