When their re-seller - a large North American store chain, who has now shut down most (all?) of their stores on both sides of the border - who had sold and installed our Hunter Douglas blinds ceased to exist, Hunter Douglas recommended Sheila's Drapery to us for an issue that we were having (with a couple of blinds). This was two plus years ago, and their promptness and attention to detail then stayed with us. So when we had issues with a couple more blinds last week, I fished out their number and spoke with Elaine then Wendy. They offered me the option of bringing in the blinds myself, or having their person come out for the price of a service call. At my request: they were able to send Chris out with one week's notice to inspect the blinds, and he was able to fix the same in under a half hour. Chris knew exactly what to look for and what to do, and he even spent the extra time 'fine tuning' the alignment on said blinds down to the millimeter; to ensure that there was no light seeping through. We also had an informative conversation about available options (and his thoughts on recommendations) in the market, the recommended dimensions that one should stick to for a blind, and such; which will likely prove useful to us down-the-line. Having a professional get things done right the first time is a joy, and that sums up my experience with Sheila's Drapery. No surprise then, for future sales or support needs; there is no one else we would rather call (or recommend) but them.

I just want to say how wonderful it is when a company truly cares about the customer. They went above and beyond to fix a problem that they had nothing to do with. Thank you!

Some of the best customer service I've seen in a very long time. Felt very welcome and in professional hand when it came to ordering blinds. Will definitely use them in the future.
