Horrible customer service, after 12 weeks the company still cannot tell me where my doors are... THIS IS A USA COMPANY, DOORS ARE MADE AND SHIPPED FROM THE USA > THIS IS ONLY A CANADIAN DIVISION > your better bet is to support a Canadian company. PS they will tell you delivery could be sooner, then once they have your money they just repeat the contract details to you over and over.

Chelsea handled my order from start to finish - from the day that my husband and I went to the showroom to request a quote to the day that the doors arrived and got installed in our new basement. We are impressed by her customer service (very patient and accommodating), ability to rectify problems, and her dedication to her job. We went with the double sliding doors to cover our 8 ft wide office opening as they are much more cost effective than the barn doors (another company) that we originally considered. We love how they look and our basement contractor even asked us where we bought them from. I would however point out the following: 1) These doors could take up to months to arrive from the date you order. 2) If you get an informal estimate on the cost of the doors in the showroom, be sure to ask about the shipping & handling fee as well as the installation fee as those are extra. We didn't know until we received the official quote.

When Chelsea came over for my “Free consultation”, she was on time and very professional. She was very creative and went above and beyond to come up with a design that I myself could not have come up with. She is very thoughtful, takes her job seriously and glad to be of help. I have not yet ordered the doors but from the sense of her customer service I have no doubt I will be happy by the end of it all.

Over all very good experience. Good quality door with good customer service, Chalsea helped me choose doors within my budget and helped me install the doors, as I installed myself. Other than order took little longer I am very satisfied with the product.

I am so glad that we didn't purchase anything from this company. Here is a word of warning, this companies customer service is lacking. We had an appointment setup for the Sliding Door Company to come out to our office. We scheduled this appointment 10 days in advance. We wanted them there with all the other contractors to be sure that we addressed any conflicts up front. The day before our appointment we get an email from Chelsea Gordon (ALBERTA MANAGER) telling us that they can't make it. When I complained about this lack of service to Maria Voinovski (VP of Operation) she just started making excuses, my favourite one was "WE DON'T GUARANTEE MEETING DATES AND TIMES". Can you imagine how they would treat you as a customer after they got your money? I strongly recommend staying away from this company. Chris H Executive Director Resuscitation Canada
