Good sized store in Signal Hill Centre. Quite a bit bigger than Rona in West Hills Towne Centre. You will have to check between the two stores for your item. It is convenient they are close to each other. The staff are friendly and they helped me out with my questions. Prices aren't as low as Home Depot, but super convenient to have this store close by.

I dealt with a fellow in the plumbing department. He was most helpful! Louis doesn't Supply the product that I want but he provided me with other Commercial contractor names in Calgary that I can go to for the same product. he also double-checked on any sales to help me with my bathroom reno. His service alone was excellent. I will definitely go back if I pick out tile or anything else 😀

Very helpful staff. We have been there on a few occasions with some household repairs and the team is always so knowledgeable. But they are a bit difficult to track down in the store. They should have just a few more employees circulating to make sure people have been helped.

I went to the paint department and asked for a paint match. I brought the same sort of paint chip that I would ordinarily bring to Home Depot and the guy who works in the paint department at this Lowe's told me to pick a new colour. I explained that I could not, since I lacked the authority to make such a decision. He just stared at me for about a minute... I asked if I could it would be possible to match the chip and if he could help me select the right base. Again, more staring... he then told me that he was colour blind. I won't be returning to this location.

I seldom give poor ratings, any business can have an off day. This is my 4th or 5th poor experience at Lowes. Today, as l waited for a staff member to finish with another customer in the heat duct / chimney area and it became my turn. I asked him if they had any 8" rain caps for a chimney. His response was "I don't know what that is" as l reached out to show him what a 6" rain cap looks like, he promptly turned and walked away with out a word. Another customer and l shared a laughed at this lack service and l to, walked away. This is a prime example of previous experiences l have had with a lack of product knowledge from staff. I guess all they know is, sometimes where things are, and usually not what they are, or how they are used. I would be very careful with any advice you recieve on how to use a product.....
