I am very impressed with the service and quality of products at C&B. I came in just to replace 2 of my Oregon wine glasses. Lorraine was so helpful in locating these in the store. She had great advice on selecting a beautiful wood cutting board and suggestions on oil for the board. I really enjoy shopping here!

Overall, the store was kept clean and well organized! It was easy to find what I was looking for and easy to request help when needed. Sometimes it helps to brighten up a specific area but I can understand from a marketing and business standpoint why some show areas would be dimmer than the rest. Otherwise, the store was clean.

I came here twice for wedding registry gifts. Both times I had a lot of help from the staff. They printed off the registry for me and helped me find the items. Then they wrapped everything into a nice neat package with a handle. Also, there isn't anything in that store that I wouldn't want in my own house.

Absolute disappointment! I was called by store staff to book pickup for a pricey piece of furniture with 2 components. After waiting 3 weeks and driving 45 minutes to pick it up I was told that only the base was available for pick up and the top is another 2 weeks away! To send confirmation in writing and schedule customer pick up for something that isn’t available is disappointing.

This is one of my favourite stores. I've always had good customer service here. Everyone is always friendly and knowledgeable. The products are good quality and I enjoy walking around the store to look at everything. Love their brand of candles!
