Possibly the best Canadian Tire I have ever been to! Very modern and well taken care of. The associates are always very friendly and knowledgeable. The weekly sales are great and so are the manager specials! I had a question about the difference between sale tags and the staff explained it very well. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a real Canadian Tire experience. Will defiantly be back !

This is a good place to go to find many things that you cannot find elsewhere. The selection of outdoors stuff is great now that Wholesale sports closed. The prices are pretty comparable with other stores around town. My only complaint is the auto repair department. I have dealt with them on quite a few occasions. They have had the best price in town to do some repairs, and the worst price for other repairs. I had them look at my breaks because they were squealing like a cat with its tail under a rocking chair. They claimed to have taken them apart and checked it all out and then they told me there was nothing wrong. I drove it a bit more and then called them back about it. They said that they will have to charge full price again for the inspection, because something may have occurred since I had it in, which could have damaged the breaks. When I asked them for the measurements they had on my pads from the inspection, they didn’t have them. I asked them if they took it for a test drive and they told me they did after the checked it. It they had actually taken it for a test drive, they would have heard the noise easily still, unless they were blasting my stereo. I originally had them as a 4/5, but this experience has severely changed my opinion of them.

Great place with super nice, caring staff. Clean, spacious store with a huge variety of home, auto, outdoor, garden, renovation supplies. Always superb service. The battery program is awesome. They totally replaced my battery free that I purchased under the coverage they offer and I was amazed that even the warranty time was applied to the new one ! I have never had an issue they have not been able to resolve. I have even been stranded at closing (locked my keys in the car) and staff was super helpful allowing me to get on my way contacting AMA. The garden section staff get extra cudos for loading my car for me and being a calming presence during my "crisis", lol ! These people are awesome and a credit to their store and youth employment, quick response and super polite too. Good job, you rock ! Thank-you Canadian tire to being a wonderful place with such stellar employees !

Eventually found the part I needed, but as someone who doesn't really understand vehicles, some more help would have been loved. The part is working fine though and the price wasn't too bad, so I'd probably still go back if I needed another.
