Was in today buying a new camera, staff had zero knowledge about product and made no effort to help. Told me what they thought I wanted to hear to make the sale. Lucky for them they were the only place in town selling cameras.

Great service, knowledgeable staff. I did appreciate their easy return policy.

Great service! Love how they sell Bell mobility and Virgin Mobile only, (they don't have to remember multiple plans from several different companies like Best Buy and Walmart) and are open 7 days a week so if I ever need to upgrade my phone or my wives phone on Bell I don't have to wait until the weekend is over. Once a month just to see what's new for gadgets and what not, I grab my pre-paid minutes for my daughters virgin mobile so she can set them up herself when I get home. They boys in there know what's up and I give it to them they know everything they have in that store many of times I've gone in cut to the chace say "hey you got this?" They can tell you yes or no and if there uncertain they'll see if I can order from there online store and I love that cause then I can do it in the comfort of my own home (so I can do a little extra shopping on the side for myself ) and I always send it there for FREE SHIPPING! Great staff, great place 5 out of 5!
