I brought a set of loppers to the checkout… they rang up on sale for $27.99. I showed the price I saw they were next to them ($21.99)…. The checkout lady called a manager over. The manager reviewed the photo and immediately honored the lower price I saw in the shelf. A+ integrity!! ***** 5 Stars.

Be prepared to be disappointed. I have visited the location when it was Rylees hardware, great service in the old days. Now you have to be smarter than the employees so you can tell them part numbers of what you need. The phones say the store is closed when they are opened, Spoke with Tyler, the manager, he said " yeah, we used to open at 10, just no one made the time change on the system. If this is how the place is run I recommend going elsewhere....possibly it was the Trump hat I was wearing to give me such poor service....who knows...

Everyone here is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help with my around-the-house projects. As a young woman who owns and is working on updating my 1890 Workers Cottage, I appreciate having folks around who will answer questions without manaplaining or offering advice I didn't ask for or need. While prices tend to run a bit higher than big box stores, I appreciate that they're willing to help and answer questions thoughtfully instead of just pressuring to buy more things.

Young employee had to finish a personal conversation with a friend before helping me. Older part time senior employee was more than helpful and knowledgeable. Convinced me I could use a tool that I never had before, leading me to purchase it.

Window Glass Replacement. When the glass is replaced they do not replace the gasket material but do not tell you this ahead of time. Instead they reused the old gasket and ripped it in several places on both side of the window. When I took the window back in to get this fixed it took over a month and multiple calls from me to get them to even look at replacing the gasket. They were unable to get new gasket material and instead offered to caulk over the ripped gasket. I agreed since this was better than nothing. The caulk job was very poor, it was inconsistent and did not completely cover the area that should be covered by the gasket. I would recommend buying a new window instead of having the glass replaced.
