Now with the Triangle points card it's easier than ever to collect Canadian Tire money. It's not one of their larger stores but it's got a very good selection of everything. They even allow my dog to come in and shop with me so I don't have to worry about him over heating in my truck in the parking lot, a very nice touch!

Good selection. Aisles are pretty narrow and the main walkways are flooded with inventory. Could definitely use a bigger space, but overall quite satisfied with customer service and availability of products.

We were worried when we left the Royal Tyrell Museum when our car was making a rattling sound. We decided to take it to the Canadian Tire in Drumheller, Alberta. It was closing time so we decided it was best to stay overnight in a campground to get the first appointment the next day. The mechanic said my strutts were damaged and my the casing around the ball bearing was lose. I was a bit suprised given that I had one strutt replaced before I had left. Kingston, Ontario. We were left with the decision to continue our adventure across the country or stay and have it fixed. After checking prices in different cities and towns in Alberta and B.C, and speaking to family members and my mechanic from Kingston, Ontario I had decided to wait until I had gotten home. Yet, due to this information from the mechanics diagnostic from Canadian Tire I thought it would be best to not drive to the coast of Vancouver Island and also ensure I did not drive on rough surfaces. I cancelled an accomidation on Vancouver Island at Wya Point Resort and I had also did not drive through the Kaninaskis mountains..specifically hwy 44 in Alberta. A place where I had spent alot of time in my youth. I also felt it best not to drive to Chicago to visit a close friend as a result of the mechanics diagnostic on my car. I do not make alot of money, and spend years to save money to go on holidays. I work extra jobs, and take time to plan and book the details of my vacation. I got home after travelling for a month and a half, and just got my car back from my mechanic only to learn that there was nothing wrong with my car, besides tightening the lower stabilizer link. I have had the same mechanic for years, and have never had an issue. He knows my car. The mechanic at Canadian Tire in Drumheller attempted to swindle me, I am very very upset that due to his misinformation I had made the decisions I had. I would have never made these decisions if the mechanic did not tell me that my strutts were damaged. I made sure my car was in great working order before I had left Kingston, Ontario. Well aware that I would be driving across the country..over 9,000km. I will be taking this to Better Business Bureau and ensuring all of my friends and family are aware that Canadian Tire is not trustworthy, and will lie to you. I lost money in cancelling accomidations on Vancouver Island, and I missed the oppurtunity to see places I had not seen in many many years due to this mechanics dishonesty.
