I don't even know where to begin with this store. And it's very rare I leave a negative review, but the experience we had today in Princess Auto Regina absolutely sickens me. After arguing with an equalizer hitch in the parking lot (trying to get back on the road to continue our holiday) we sent our son inside to find a few things that we needed for repair. I followed him inside to pay for the items, and was holding my small dog as the temperature outside had reached 33c and it was way too hot to leave him in the vehicle, even with the windows down. I was rudely refused entry, by the manager as well, which was fine. I asked if I could at least just pay for the items when my son comes up to the till and was told I need to "return my pet the vehicle and then come back in to complete the sale". At 33c outside!!!! They were just rude and completely inconsiderate if the situation. Now, this is a store that we spend thousands upon thousands of dollars in every farming season and have completely supported, until now. Not only was I refused the chance to pay for my purchase, all because I just wanted to hold my dog while paying, but my son was rudely denied help by not one, but TWO employees. He was told that he might be able to find his item in a "lightbulb isle" No assistance at all. THEN when we'd finally had enough, my husband went in with my son (we would have went elsewhere but couldn't move the camper at this point) and they found what they needed, not one employee offered to help. When they went to pay, the lady at the till couldn't be bothered to get off the phone the entire time she was ringing through the sale, continuing on her conversation, no greeting, or acknowledgment of her customer at all. I can understand the terrible customer service side, as it's something we have always experienced at this location, but I think what was incredibly upsetting was the way I was treated, and literally blocked at the door, for holding my dog rather than leaving him in a hot vehicle. I strongly suggest supporting other retail businesses in the future, don't bother wasting your time in this location.

There is always a sale there and great staff to help you find what you need but surplus has to much stuff & you have a hard time finding what you want

One of my favorite stores. They have a huge variety of parts, tools, equipment, and electronic accessories at great prices and the return policy is fantastic.
