The worse customer service I have ever had! I went in to get a few items for my husband who was renovating our house and dealt with a man named Austin, not only was he VERY rude to me the guy had no idea what he was doing. Not sure how new he is but I had to go back 4 times in one day before I asked to deal with a different salesman. Finally a man named Tim got my order right the first time, but I was very uncomfortable dealing with him as he stunk like booze I assume was from the night before. At least he got my order right but other than the fact he clearly stunk like alcohol he also extremely rude and short with me. So I asked to speak with a manager. I addressed my concerns to the manager Doug, he clearly didn't have any interest in how I was treat and cut me off in mid sentence by saying " maybe women shouldn't leave the kitchen " I was horrified!!! I walked out and as I did Austin and Tim were both laughing it up at my expense. The only apology I did get was mouthed silently by the receptionist as I walked out the door. I'm pretty sure whoever owns / or is in charge of these 3 doesn't know how they are treating customers ( or only female customers?? ) I will NEVER go back to this business!! I was degraded by those 3. I have had bad customer service in the past but nothing like this!! I was mocked, humiliated by my gender I assume. I strongly advise anyone, especially female customers to avoid this place at all cost! Trust me when I say 1 star is generous. This place should not be in business with these 3 behind the scenes. STAY AWAY!!!

They have exceeding their delivery dates multiple times, various jobs. Good product selection, as long as you don't mind waiting forever.

I am new to commercial construction and asked Tim at CP Distributers to supply me with a quote of 6 single fire rated doors and 6 Double, double E-gress doors. I sent him the prints with only the door specs and told him I didn't know much about doors so quote me as the prints say. He sent through the quote and I priced the job accordingly and awarded the contract to CP Distributors. 3 weeks later when we (my company) picked up the doors we were missing the double sets of doors. I called Tim asking for them and immediately he was aggressive towards me and said he didn't price out the double doors and it wasn't included. Frustrated, I asked him for a quote for the doubles, and he was snarky and told me "it will be very expensive and a long wait time". I never received the quote, instead I went to his competition and they took the same prints and were able to get me exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, I under bid the job by an amazing $11,000 because of the "door expert(s)" at CP Distributers. Thank you! Thankfully, I'm not a small company, so it didn't sink me. But I think anyone reading this could appreciate what trouble this could cause. I suppose if you know exactly what you're doing and ordering, you would be able to order their doors if you make sure they fully understand what you're telling them. In my business, integrity, and customer service are everything. Unfortunately, Tim and CP distributers is not in the same world. High caution with these guys.
