Your on your own here! The best way to find something in the store is to look up which aisle it's in on the website. Staff don't know or don't care. Cashiers typically look and act tired and defeated — it doesn't seem to be a very happy place to work. Key cutting is touch and go as well! We've had some work fine and others not work at all. However, the sales you can find are incredible. Especially for kitchen gear. I've seen some deep AF discounts! That stuff is well worth the poor customer service.

I had purchased a bike from this location, the brakes did not work and the seat came loose the first time I rode it, I took it back the next day, I was allowed to exchange it after asking for the Manager. The Manager was very helpful and gave me the sale price on the new bike which I exchanged and paid the difference. I rode my bike once again the gears won't change over and the bike seat is loose. I am going to go have it repaired. They obviously have no concern for customer's safety. This could have caused an accident. Never buy a bike from this store. A Washer was't even used when installing the seat. Very poor quality.

Usually pretty quiet. They had both items I was looking for. Staff were extremely helpful! There's also a Mark's Work Warehouse attached with it. Only one Checkout open but it worked fine for the amount of folks shopping. I waited maybe 1-2 minutes. The cashier was knowledgeable on one item I bought and told me quickly her positive experience with it. I walked out feeling confident about my purchases!

If it's 70% off then go ahead buy and know you got a good deal. If you pay regular price for anything you just left a pile of money on the table. This store is usually clean organized and well staffed. I'd avoid the auto service here... I've actually witness the manager of the service department fire a mechanic right up front. Not really a professional dude. And just a funny note I've seen Omar kardr there several times...

Horrible customer service , I even called ahead to confirm we would not have any issues , now I find they refused to return a product on my debit card , insisted it had to be returned to the original card. Once we discovered the original card was broken , it was no longer an issue ! What a waste of time , will NEVER purchase from this store again .
