Great fellahs helping you.. great phone, great service

Nov 22, 2018
We have been a customer with Rogers for 7 years now and I recently resigned a 2 yr service agreement. I talked to customer retention and we made a deal on two phones, rate and home phone. It took her almost 2 hrs to get it all done. Then it took 3 more phone calls because NOTHING was right. I also mentioned to her that the only reason I keep coming back to Rogers is because their NHL Gamecenter is included in this plan. She said "Yes, that is a great feature!" Then we find out that the Share Everything Plan no longer offered that and she said NOTHING!! When I called Customer Retention again to complain, they offered no solution or compensation for the screw up so I wrote customer service 2 months later to basically tell them I’m never using them again. I was contacted immediately and a satisfactory solution was provided but the hoops and headache and cost that it took was outrageous! They would have to offer me the moon at the end of my servucecterm to get me to stay with them!
