Absolutely horrible experience. Brought my tires in for warranty one had separated (had removed at a different shop cause of separation) they reinstalled that tire and said it was fine. The other tire had a screw in it almost in the side wall they repaired it (so the patch would be on the sidewall of the tire (not a acceptable repair by industry standards) separated tire made it to Edmonton and went flat and shook the entire way. Emailed to complain and got a reply from the “service manager” who wouldn’t give his name even when I did request it all he responded with was Connor. Spent more time trying to avoid responsibility then anything else. Very ignorant and rude. All I can say is read all the reviews and expect to receive that kind of service from this location. There is a reason this location has one of the lowest reviews out of all Canadian tire shops. Drive the extra 25 min and go to manning Canadian tire.

Terrible service. I was booked in for a much needed car repair that would have cost $1,350.00. Because I had called in and rescheduled the appointment, due to my work schedule, when I showed up for the agreed upon day and time....they had deleted me and my all of my information, including the repairs needed and the parts ordered. The guy had an attitude too, didn't even apologize. (His name is Randy, by the way.) So I went to FOUNTAIN TIRE instead....and they were AMAZING!!! Totally happy that "Crappy Tire" showed their true colours before I made the mistake of allowing amateurs make such an important repair on my car. Fountain Tire is in a much better league!! Go there instead. TRUST ME!

Don't like the layout. If you are used to it then I'm sure it's fine, but it doesn't seem to have good spacing and things that are normally in the open are tucked behind items. Drove me a little nuts for what should have been a simple in out.

We really like the great deals at Cdn. Tire. Unfortunately were badly treated at the Vegreville location so will never return to that one. So sad it had to turn out that way. Never had any problems before that.
