I took the owner a rather challenging hardware repair (a DC jack on a very thin ultra-book) and he was able to figure out a method to not only fix what was broken, but found a way to strengthen the original design. He was patient despite the fact that I was consistently asking how it was going and if he was finished. He communicated what was happening, took the time to show me where he was during the different stages of work and how the work was being done! I've been to multiple repair shops over the years and the owner here works very hard in a positive way and never once made me feel brushed off. This is a great little repair shop located in Lacombe and you will not be disappointed.

We were excited to find a local shop to help us with our laptops, we have three of them and a desktop, all needing a little work. I took the one laptop in to have the battery replaced. Was told to pay for it up front for $120.00....and told it would take 5 business days. He was called many times without any call backs from him and when we would connect, he was full of excuses why the battery had not arrived three weeks later. We left a message that we would come and get a refund and take our business somewhere else, got an immediate call back and was told he would not give a refund as he had ordered it and it was not his fault that it had not arrived. Three days later we got the battery with an outrages shop charge. Now you can spin this any way you want Jason but almost 4 weeks to get a battery promised in 5 business days is not acceptable, it could have been walked here in less time. So, would we ever go back or recommend him....NO...in fact we are telling everyone who will listen that this business here in Lacombe is the worst.

Couldn't fix my laptop and then stole parts from it. Now he won't return the missing parts. Sold me his ORION expensive, terrible program. Put it into an old piece of junk. Never keeps promises and Never returns calls. Worst place in town. Jason - where are my missing circuit board and cover? Minus 5 rating!

This man really knows what he's doing. I've seen people complain about things they know nothing about. He is a miracle worker, and everyone needs to appreciate that just a bit. I had a problem with a hard drive. He said he would try to fix it, with no promises. He did what he said, so no complaints. Truly a good mentor to have.

I left my laptop with this establishment on December 10th 2017, and continued to get excuses as to why it had not been processed and diagnosed all the way up to May 7th 2018. 90% of the phone calls I made were not picked up and the scheduled calls promised were, majority of the time, not followed through. The people are nice, but they just are not a professional enough establishment for me to refer to anyone.
