Called one time. For a 3 dollar part they didn't have in stock. Told me they can't bring it in, short on the phone, put me on hold randomly. Terrible. I work in the parts industry and know what to expect and that was pathetic.

Excellent! Very quick, precise, knowledgable staff that understand exactly what I want for my autos. No waiting on hold if on phone or in person. Seems like their computers are kept up well and go fairly far back to earlier autos as well as newer autos. Could be even better with lowering their prices and extending hours open. Although at least they know what you're talking about when asking for specific parts and or supplies. Rather quick at non stocked items ordered arriving also. Thanks!

Andy and the other sales associate were amazing. I was stuck overnight in Ponoka (live in Brooks Alberta), the same night our car was damaged in hail storm, trying to figure out how to connect my four way connector to the 7 way on the tent trailer I just purchased. This was the third place I tried, and every time got conflicting advice. Andy took different parts and physically came to my minivan to check the electrical wiring and what part would work best. He explained the use of electric brakes and assured me I'd be safe in what I was driving. We got home safely with no issues!! Thanks Andy and your associate for the friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE service. If we're ever stuck ineeding a part in Ponoka again....we'll be sure to go there first!
