I was followed around this particular store by 3 different employees. When I approached 1 to ask where I could find a signal horn all of a sudden this employee was "busy" talking on their cellphone. I'm VISIBLY indigenous. Make your own conclusions.

Well stocked for the most part. Service is average at best but very dependent on individual clerk. Floor people tend to group and chat amongst themselves and rarely offer help or are otherwise readily accessible. A recent exchange experience had me unimpressed when the clerk announce in a loud voice and in front of other customers "you know you have to plug this in" of an electrical item in a condescending manner. Not very customer oriented. More oversight by line managers is required here which would make for a better experience.

Their fishing department getting better. Overall a very nice place to shop

This is a toss of a coin place for me. They have very good sales quite often. They have many things I can't seem to get at other hardware stores. However, the staff seems to be lacking in a few key areas. A few a plain rude, a few seem to barely speak English, and most hardly seem to know where anything is. If you know exactly what you're looking for, avoid asking and sulk it out yourself. That's my advice for this store.

Don’t waste your time here, understaffed with apathetic uncaring staff and if you don’t speak Tagalog good luck getting any service. Crowded aisles and poorly organized I’m surprised that they can still keep their franchise that coupled with incredibly bad service I can’t understand why people still shop here except maybe out of desperation.
