Went there to find a pigtail for my onboard smartphone dock (in vehicle) I could not find this part anywhere Went here and they had it. Very nice people

The folks at Western Mobile are absolutely awesome! They assisted us in processing a hardware upgrade through Bell when we ran into a road block. Isaiah, Mike and Brandi make these things look easy. We also get our Fusion ink through them.

Great service, good location now. Closer to residential area and high speed data network. It would be great if they started using Shaw 150Mb service and reworked their website. Communication retailers are expected to be fully digitally represented.

Useless employees. A large box containing a stroller from babies r us was delivered there for me to pick up. I didn't know that's what it was until I got there. I am 8 months pregnant, and I had nobody with me that could help me load the box into my truck. There were two girls working at the time, it wasn't busy, and they told me that they "weren't supposed to lift heavy things". They refused to take 30 seconds out of their day to help a pregnant chick lift a box just out the door to a truck? Like really? Luckily another customer caught me leaving the store without my package and offered himself and his friend to lift it for me. If it weren't for these men I don't know what I would have done. But surely your girls could have gotten off their lazy asses and helped me out. Pathetic.
