The manager looks like Hodor from Game of Thrones, he sounds like it too. Him and the other staff have no clue what they're talking about and try to up sell on anything and everything. If you try to refute what they say Hodor (the manager) acts self righteous and boots you out of the store. AWFUL SERVICE, AWFUL STORE.

Staff are very helpful and the prices are unreal compared to other places. Usually pay 1/4 of what you'd pay at Best Buy etc. Will be using them for any of my techy needs in the future. Also pay the $5 for the warranty. 3 years no matter what. If what you originally bought is discontinued they'll give you the next item up when needing to exchange.

I went in today for a buyers remorse on a cell phone, that took me 3 previous tries with other employees. All very friendly. But the manager Yvette was more than helpful. She went above and beyond my expectations to help me return my phone. I took an hr of her time and she was pleased to help me the whole time, and yet still very interactive with customers as they entered. Great to see excellent service that was provided today! Keep up the good work :)
