Was doing a run for my husband for some plumber parts. Nizar was so helpful. He recognized me on my 2nd run (missed parts the first time) and made a point of asking if I needed help! For someone who was extremely busy, he took the time to make sure I had the help I needed! Great customer service and concern!

I love to shop Home Depot. Because still they have the interaction with their customers. Always ready to help. I saw at last time a sales lady who wearing in her Uniform caring six badges as a token of her great attitude and skills at work. I hope the Home Depot will not became a machine made style like "Canadian tire"( No assistance offer, Not Thanking for the business, busy to finish staff's side work ignoring customer or not giving priority for the Customers). You are doing great. You're the best. Thanks

Understaffed, poor customer service wait times. Not as knowledgeable as they used to be... having an associate read the label of a product to you like you didn't already do that or Google something for you. Wrong. We want knowledgeable staff, like the good old days... people trained in the trade, or at least "uncommon sense" it isn't common anymore. Thanks for being home depot, 1 cent cheaper than the next guy.

The home depot has a good selection of parts and building materials you'll find yourself needing, down literally to the nuts and bolts. They carry a reasonable selection of tools and equipment as well. There is also knowledgeable staff to help you out if you're not 100% sure what you're doing. Also, I really appreciate that they have excellent opening hours which gives the homeowner a chance to get out after work to do renos or repairs/maintenance.

I bought pressure treated wood to make a ramp for my dog. It will last for a long time. Reasonable prices and friendly and knowledgable staff make shopping there a pleasant experience.
