Service is great here. No problems when i came to purchase some planned items. Staff were polite and met my expectations. Nothing to cause a "wow" factor but from start to finish was seamless and with ease.

what ever you do... do not ever get or apply for a best buy credit card... the card company they use des jardins.. will never leave you alone.. they taunt you and call you at all hours of the day night and weekend ask when your going to make a payment.. even if you only owe 1000 bucks and you pay your 100 dollar payment a month... the day after you pay they call and call and call until you make the next payment... drives ya nuts... so if your going to shop at best buy use debit or cash or visa.. at least visa doesn't call you and you could pay them a minimum payment a month for the rest of your life and they wont call ya...

Selection of unlocked phones was horrible. There were two phones to choose from and the one I bought was the worst phone ever it crashed and wouldn't run at all. Staff just tried to get me into a contract to get a good phone.

Here's your 1 star Best Buy. I Do not appreciate being asked if I want my receipt emailed to me and then using that as a gateway to send me promotions WITHOUT ASKING ME! And the unsubscribe isn't even working! That's just blatant abuse of information given in confidence for a one time purpose! In addition to significant overpricing. Seriously...

The bad first: I got invited to the VIP sale. First, I walked around for at least 15 minutes while being ignored. Second, they were sold out of the advertised in I came in to get. But it was being ignored while some staff were standing in bunches chatting with each other. The good: The store is generally very tidy and organized. Prices are pretty average. The staff seem a little under trained. If you can find the product at London Drugs you are way better off.
