Waited for them to call me for a delivery yesterday. Never heard from them. Finally call me after 7 to tell me that their delivery guy didn't show up for work and say they'll deliver between 12 and 1 today. They just called to say that their delivery guy didn't come in again and they hope to come between 6 & 7. One star rating due to zero communication & complete lack of respect for my time spent sitting around for countless hours waiting for a fridge. Ridiculous. Edit: 2 weeks later and the fridge is leaking water inside and ruined all my vegetables. Took 2 days of them avoiding us to send a repair person. All food was ruined due to the massive amounts of water it ended up sitting in overnight before we noticed. Edit: 2 months later. Fridge stopped cooling. They said someone was coming last night. Didn't show up and didn't call. Today is day 3. Food ruined again. Repair person showed up finally. No apologies or offers to replace spoiled food.

Buyer beware, You will regret supporting this business!! Even though 6 month warranty is included in the sale(they even make a point to talk to you about it when completing sale) , they clearly could care less about it. They only come when convenient for them or just DON'T SHOW UP AT ALL. The owner has no problem lying to you just to get you out of his face. Sadly, I purchased many products from this company (mind you, for very good prices) and even referred friends and colleagues before problems started happening. I have purchased 2 washers, 2 dryers, 1 dishwasher, and 1 microwave/range hood. The dishwasher leaked all over the floor immediately after install. The repair guy came out and tried to fix and couldn't. They had to replace the dishwasher with a similar model which has been fine since. The microwave is the real problem. It worked for 1 week and completely died. Repair guy came and replaced internal fuse and worked fine. 3 weeks later same problem again. Repair guy finally comes to fix after 2 WEEKS of the business not returning messages, 2 in person conversations, constantly claiming owners not around to speak, and twice lying about coming to repair and never showing up. The repairman could not fix the microwave and uninstalled and took with him. We were told to come back and select an alternative model, but we are now closed for the weekend, so come Monday. I come in and select new model to be installed and owner tells me that I need to take with me and install myself. We argue and he finally agreed to come next day to install. They AGAIN don't show up and don't answer phone. After speaking the following day, the repair guy comes and installs another microwave/range hood. I now have 7 different Holes cut/drilled into my cupboard to fit the various models that "are all the exact same to install" according to the owner. 2 weeks have passed and the new microwave has died as well. I had to uninstall myself to be able to take back and urge them to just give my money back. My colleague, whom I referred, is having the exact same problem with his dryer. The owner just refuses to respond to messages and phone calls. I feel bad for the repair guy as he is super nice and very knowledgeable, but has to gain his hours for his red seal working for a guy that sells garbage appliances and does everything he can to avoid phone calls and honoring their warranty unless pressured.
