I love the depth of stock they carry and the selection of product lines. I find that most times the pricing of the merchandise is not clear or not even current for the displays. A FIVE STAR is for the young fellow that helped me in clearance garden section. Very enthusiastic and sincere in his helping with my purchase. 9 months later I was in the store and he comes over from another dept to again greet and welcome me..
I was totally impressed! I meandered and was picking up items without a cart, making shopping a bit awkward. The same young gentleman saw my situation and offered to get a cart for me. When I checked out I went to the manager and told him how impressed I was.the same manager was in the aisles while I shopped and he never noticed or offered the cart.
Another couple times I was in late buying times for landscaping and received very poor service...it was to close to closing hours and he was resisting looking for straighter material.
I spoke to the supervisor and was told I would have a call from manager in morning...
Nothing!@@
The main reason I have a challenge with the firm is their rigid refund policy...their competition gets 85 percent of my business because they are so fair.
