When I needed to buy a new fridge, I looked at many stores around town, but it wasn't until I came to Lowe's that I made a decision. I really like the selection of their appliances, and I really liked the non-pushy sales. I wasn't ignored, but I wasn't asked too many times either. At the time we bought our fridge, there were some good sales and delivery was done right. Months later, we dropped in again to look around, and noticed more great sales for major appliances. Really happy with the experience of buying a major appliance at Lowe's.

As far. As it goes this store is ok. I think the selection for lumber is limited but everything else seems good. I have made quite a few purchases here and feel the prices are fine. My last purchase was a toilet. It was quite heavy I left my 5ft 2 inch wife inside to buy it and arrange for a cart. I thought they would help her out with it but no she appeared with the biggest stock cart I have ever seen and no help. Anyway I thought they could have helped. We did manage. Makes you. Think about customer service though.🤔

This was my first experience with this store and I was blown away with the customer service. The staff all greeted me with friendly smiles as soon as I walked through the door. I had a complicated return to make with no receipt and did not have the card it was purchased on. I was assisted by Crystal and the Assistant Manger, David. They were so efficient, professional, and so easy to work with. Thank you so much!

Once again..... So this place is very near me so I go there. Tonight I went in to get some deck boards. We asked the guy at the till to get someone to help us and we waited.... And waited.... And waited. This was at about 830pm store was not busy. This is very typical for this location. No one came so we left. They are also often out of stock or don't have what I need. Waste of my time. Castle lumber on Bay st is much much better service wise. Heck even the small home hardware on Burnside near here is better

Staff member I talked to wasn't really friendly and was uninterested in helping me. Was easier to just say to go to customer service. He must have been very busy. Store has a good selection of everything you'd expect, but not everything seems to be where u expect it.
