If you need service be prepared to wait. There are not enough sales associates to assist. Flooring area is truly short of staff. Clean, tidy store though and excellent parking. Very disabled accessible. Nice to have a sale associate greeting people at the main entrance to assist in guiding customers to the correct locations in the store. Prices are fairly competitive.

The Home Depot is a great big store in Langford with friendly, helpful and professional staff. Never had any problem finding anything. Great customer service. I am 100% satisfied with the great service and products. I Definitely recommend going there!

There is a significant absence of staff to explain or offer advice to customers standing in the aisles. Some of us are foreign to renovations and items to upgrade their homes. We search magazines and online information but there is no substitute for talking to someone who knows the products we wish to use and how to install them. I would say sales would more than double if there was more help available. It would be a win win situation. The staff would even sell things you didn't know you needed. Everyone would win!

It's a home Depot, what else can you say? Parking is decent. Staff is nice and this one is organized, clean and they have everything in stock. The garden area has tons of plants. I'm really just dragging this review on for the badge. Admit it, you do it too. There is no restaurant or fast food place in this one

Well laid out store with helpful staff. Prices are competitive and they are well stocked. Hassle free returns with receipt.
