Unfortunately I had two bad experiences...very unfriendly staff...I was completely ignored and they visibly looked irritated when I ask for help...I needed help understanding the product I needed and was handed a brochure and told it was all in there. Very dissappointing and I'll not be going back nor my friends:(

Yeah, I have to share the same lack of enthusiasm for shopping here. I've been shopping here for ever, but just for a project at a time. If they don't recognize you, they are super dismissive and unfriendly. Better get all your answers from the internet before you go in, because asking anything will make you feel like an idiot. I'd also say that things are overpriced here, not everything, but a lot. Stop responding with how many 5 star reviews you have, and talk to your staff with the time you'd take to write that rebuttal. My extra star comes from the fact that sometimes I've needed something quickly, and they've had it.

Just experienced exactly the same as most of the other reviews on this place. By far one of the worst customer service I have witnessed. This was my first and will be my last visit. Will be returning product , and purchasing from elsewhere . Anywhere else, even if it costs more , does not matter. Will not be back , and would not recommend. 1 Star is to high for sure .
