Has most merchandise required to maintain a residential home. Parking is an issue, but the store does have several parking spaces reserved for customers of the store. Red Barn Grocery Market is located in the same block, so it is convenient to do your grocery shopping at the same time. Shell Gas Station just down the street, as well as an upscale coffee shop and the upscale Oak Bay Bicycle store being just across the street towards Foul Bay Rd.

I walked in with some mangled ratchet straps this morning. I had bought them years ago but they were in rough shape. Was hoping to save a few bucks and avoid replacing them if I could help it. I was hopeful the team had some expertise figuring out how to get them unraveled and straightened out. Bill and the store owner's husband (who happened to be paint-shopping at the time) set to work assisting me without any hesitation. They took considerable time and patience to get the straps sorted and even went as far as to show me a few tricks on using them! Very grateful and happy customer as always - six stars!

Great selection, very helpful staff. Has a good selection of outdoor items, including decorations, furniture, and gardening tools/supplies.

This is a horrible store. I went in to look for a gift for my dad and Greg the owner of the store treated me horribly. I recommend no one goes to Home Hardware if they want good customer and service because they do not possess the necessary skills to help people with purchases.

This place has quite a selection. Whether one needs gardening supplies, hardware, or housewares, there is a selection of each. The staff are very helpful, although sometimes it is difficult to find someone to help because it does get very busy here. Sometimes it is difficult to find out what price an item is because it does not have a price tag or a sign on the wall and it can be difficult to find someone to price check it. If it is gardening supplies that you are after, this place works well in concert with Gardenworks across the street. They take the Aeroplan card here for points.
