Bought the last gazebo floor model on the floor and Andrea and Mohammed (Bridgeport Home Depot) were super helpful and a treat to work with. We had to disassemble it ourselves with no instructions as it was the last model, but they assisted in every way possible by offering us tools. The customer service shown was just great during the whole process. I ended up buying another Gazebo as a gift as the whole transaction was super pleasant. Andrea had literally 8 different customers at the same time along with staff questions, but still managed to find time to check in on us which was greatly appreciated. Super awesome work guys!

As I come to expect from Home Depot, this branch has an expansive selection of products, including metal poles, power tools, dryers, washers, ranges and pretty much everything you need for your home. The staff are awesome. They know their stuff really well and are extremely helpful, so they're always answering questions, but there are plenty of staff to ask. Also, they provide decently priced cutting services. You can also use their tools (not power) to hand cut for free. There is a massive parking lot shared between a few businesses outside.

Every thing you need. Pay with a credit or debit card and if you need to return or exchange something.... You don't need to bring a receipt. The system connects the items with your card. Very convenient. No problems to exchange or return.

I am not sure but this particular outlet in Richmond seems to have a very stringent inventry-control policy. As soon as a drop in sales of 'seasonal' items is detected, such items are off the shelves. That is my impression. Today I wanted some PVC irrigation parts. There were hardly any. There were cheap cheaply-made Orbit-brand items. Not what I was looking for. I don't go there often but things that should be stocked in such a large operation seem taken off.

Everything is always good at this store. The cashier I had that day was just the best. I had to get a piece of wood cut and it went quickly. This store should be commended on it's hiring practice. Everybody gets a chance! Kudos to you Home Depot!
