Great place for home improvement needs. Customer service is first grade. They will help you anyway they can and their return policy is out of this world

I've been going to this store almost every other day due to convince to a job site that I am working on. I would avoid this location as much as possible as the younger workers there are not helpful nor do they wish to do any work to cash you out. They make countless excuses as to why they will not be able to help you, e.g. asked for cash for the parking machine instead of having deducted from my bill, as it is easier for client billing, normally is not a problem with the senior staff but with new staff they tell me manager has not allowed it, which is a lie. other issues with this location is stock is often incorrect from what you find online. all in all its a waste of time to go here and would much rather just go to the Richmond or Terminal location. If i could give it a 0 star i would.

Watch the last remaining bits of your will to live just melt away in this little soulless hole of a store. Come in and get lost, as in lose your way and wander around aimlessly for hours, all the while finding nothing you need for twice the price you can pay elsewhere. On the upside, it's a great place to go to get away from it all, be sure that no staff will bother you with a response even if you do manage to find one in the wild.

Good home improvement store in heart of Vancouver. Free parking underground if you spend $15 or more. Save on foods and winners in same building. Staff are friendly.

In-store (once you find someone to help), the guys were great with suggestions and worked together to help out. They were quick and efficient. On the phone, it takes forever trying to get help from them.
