Seriously? Five cents for a bag! This is a hardware store for gawdz sakes! None walks out of any hardware store with 30 plastic bags! This is not a grocery chain, wake up Rona. Fine for a grocery store but here it is plain stupid. Yeah, one less bag to put my nails in will save the planet. I recycle everything and don't need to be scolded and made to pay a 700 percent bag sale profit for this form of corporate misguided greed. Yes, just another subtle cash grab disguised as "the right thing for the times". Have you looked at the plastic pollution you have on every shelf Rona? Yes? But do nothing about it because of the cost to your shareholders? Thats okay though charging for bags is all you need to do to make it look like you care. I have lived a few blocks away since 1980 and have shopped here for over 40 years. Today was the last time. I'll drive all the way to Home Depot from now on.

Well, for a home improvement retail it's a pretty decent shop. I've seen a lot of bad reviews to retail stores, but I've also seen dumb customer tauntrums. If you know what you're looking for and be polite, the staff are really nice. If you're unsure what you're looking for, staff can still be nice and do a help-you-help-them-help-you kind of thing. But if you don't know what you need and expect the staff to know for you, that's really unfair. The shop is also low on staff, so you're likely to be waiting from 0min - 5 min -- or 10m, depending how many other people try to steal the staff from you.

Ordered stuff online and sure enough, i got the email that it's ready for pickup. But it wasn't as I waited 15 min while they are looking for it. I also didn't like Mr long black beard service man who when I asked him about my otder. He didn't answer and asked another agent to help me.customer service need training. I gave 3 stars for the clean neat store and for the other agents who were helpful like Nelson and others
