I worked with Brody on a project to supply doors and windows for a house on Bowen Island. The homeowner is a designer who has used Bradford Hardware in the past, and put us together to co-ordinate the hardware for her interior and exterior doors. Brody was very detail oriented, responsive, and easy to work with. I can highly recommend the company. Our team at Northshore Windows will definitely look to use Bradford Hardware again.

I went in to look at a bar pull for our kitchen cabinets, because this store carried the particular size I was looking for. I had been deciding between 3 different sizes and from past experiences, know that in the store it may look like the perfect size, but once you get it home, it may not be. So I asked what the return policy was and was told they didn't have one. All during our renovations, I have not come across this problem of no return anywhere. Most companies just let us take samples home, even without a deposit. This pull ended up costing almost $40 (and that was with a 30% sample discount--thank you for that small mercy I suppose). When I got home, I decided not to go with it, and emailed them (within 6 hours of being at the store) and asked them if I could return it (you never know, and seriously, how much damage could I have done to a stainless still cabinet handle) and they said no. I just don't think that is good customer service at all, and it would have been one thing if I was asking to take it for days or not leave a deposit. I do not recommend this store and have let all our contractors know as well. Unfortunate for a local business.

Good showroom with lots of styles of pulls and knobs on display. Many different quality brands available. The customer service could, however, use some work. Twice I've been there, and I was barely acknowledged. It was not until the very end when I got the quotes I needed that I got a little smile.

We are a premium quality door manufacturer and send our customers to Bradford to ensure they receive the best service available in the industry. Our customers are usually very impressed and their needs are fulfilled, a tough job in the custom hardware business! GCS Door Express
