You would think after spending a fortune on furniture here you would receive excellent customer service. Maybe average at best. Certain staff seem condescending and don’t care about customer service. After all my furniture arrives I definitely will never shop here again.

We could not be happier with the service and furniture we received from RH. While the process was not without hiccups and did require some patience, it exceeded our expectations in the end. I would like to give an extra shout out to Travis and Roz who completed impeccable design work and facilitated a full service interior design plan, delivery, layout, and assembly of our entire house of furniture. I cannot imagine what we would have done without them. The flat rate delivery fee is the best value in the marketplace and the white glove service provided is outstanding. Although the prices are in US dollars, as others have mentioned, and seem high the overall price for quality and style of furniture is reasonable compared to alternatives in the marketplace. I have gone back to this RH for follow-up items and have continued to receive good service.

Excellent Marseilles chair. Pricey but well worth it. Delivered on time and in perfect order. Friendly and helpful sales associates. Will definitely shop again at RH.

Don't shop here!!! Staff purport to be designers however they always seem to be in training mode. Spent an hour picking out which drapes to buy only to find that most of the floor samples are no longer available. Why do they display discontinued stock? So frustrating. No one seems to have a clue. I thought I would give them a try, despite the bad reviews however I must concur. They were spot on. So disappointing as the product is appealing mthough exorbitantly over priced for what it is. Looks nice but poor quality and having anything rectified is near impossible. I have bought before and returns are a nightmare. Whatever happened to customer service? Non existent at Restoration Hardware. Steadily gets worse every year. So disappointing.

This is definitely a mail order service. $100 for membership huh? $160 for delivery huh? Not only is the posted rates in the store US dollars, the tag does not state this fact, but so is the membership and delivery charge. Last time I checked we are in Canada. Also I noticed the tag read a lower price than the sit down with a sales representative. When I questioned this she went to ask her supervisor and then apologized for the price difference but would honor the lower price. Why do I not feel honoured? Later that evening I received a phone call stating they would only honour the lower price until midnight. Umm I blew up, no swear words but they were heated. They knew the sofa was not to be delivered until the following week. What use was the sample I was given? Will never shop here. They tried to rectify by emailing me that the price was now good for a month. Still will not shop here.
