Thanks Tina and Sue for helping us get our appliances for our new home! We love everything! 5 stars for you guys!! Even though we had to exchange our fridge before the move. Delivery and installers came and we were very happy! The only thing I give less stars is for the delivery of our fridge (on separate day from the rest). I had to peel off all the protective sticker and unpack the inside and place the shelves in. From my understanding and our other appliances that were delivered the delivery guys set up everything and removed all packaging. I give the fridge delivery guys a 3 star rating only because they were nice.

Stopped in to pick up a sheet of plywood and needed to get it cut so i could put it into my car...8:30am...weekday morning. No one around in the lumber area, so had to go to the "pro"desk to get someone summoned to the saw. At this time, it was suggested that i might have to come back tomorrow, but will see if someone could be found to do this. Will just go to Windsor plywood next time...closer to home and usually 3 or 4 guys working in the morning. Few dollars more for the material, but you are in and out in no time.

Broken stove - Purchased and paid for a new stove. Waited a week for delivery and it did not work on arrival. Instead of replacing it they had us call the support phone number. 6 CALLS to talk to the correct person! Asked if we wanted it replaced but first they need to send out a tech, in 5 days who will decide how to proceed.....so after 10 days maybe we will get a working oven...maybe. I know I am not hopeful at this point but i do suggest buying from somewhere with better customer service.

Good service at this store!!! Would recommend coming here. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If you're hungry, they even have a Subway in front of the store!!

Went in this evening thinking I was going to have trouble finding this cartridge for a 15 year old tap. Could not find on line other than from the states. Then along came Ed. Took my booklet grabbed a ladder and brought from the very top shelf my cartridge. He saved me so much time searching websights. Very friendly. So this is for Ed who was passing the aisle 10 bay 24 at 6:15 Sat . July 8 . Thank you very much . Need more people like you in retail.
